GiftMeAScent is a platform that allows fragrance enthusiasts to create a personal fragrance profile and showcase their fragrance collection.

Users can build a fragrance wishlist, share their profile with friends, family, or followers, and optionally add links or QR codes for their preferred payment service so supporters can make voluntary monetary contributions toward future fragrance purchases.

GiftMeAScent does not process payments, act as a payment intermediary, or integrate directly with payment providers. Any contributions are made directly between the contributor and the profile owner using the payment method selected by the user.

GiftMeAScent does not sell fragrances directly and is not a marketplace. The platform is designed to help users organize, showcase, and share their fragrance journey.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or are used in a manner that compromises the security or integrity of the platform.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to GiftMeAScent, including:

• Profile information
• Images
• Wishlist items
• Collection entries
• Profile descriptions
• Any other content you submit through the Service

By uploading or submitting content, you grant GiftMeAScent a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.

When using GiftMeAScent, you agree not to:

• Upload or share illegal content.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users or individuals.
• Upload or distribute malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or networks.
• Use bots, automated scripts, or other tools to abuse or disrupt the Service.
• Upload copyrighted material without the necessary rights or permission.
• Use GiftMeAScent for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities.

GiftMeAScent allows users to create and share fragrance collections and wishlists.

Information displayed on the platform may be provided by users or sourced from third-party fragrance databases.

While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee that fragrance descriptions, pricing, availability, notes, images, or other details are always complete, accurate, or up to date.

Users are encouraged to verify product information with the relevant retailer or manufacturer before making any purchasing decisions.

GiftMeAScent allows users to display links or QR codes to their preferred payment services, such as PayPal, Stripe, UPI, or other supported third-party payment providers, on their profile.

GiftMeAScent does not process, facilitate, hold, or receive payments on behalf of users. All voluntary contributions are made directly between the contributor and the profile owner through the external payment service selected by the user.

Users are solely responsible for the payment information they provide and for complying with the terms, policies, and applicable laws governing their chosen payment service.

GiftMeAScent is not responsible for payment processing, transaction failures, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, or any other issues arising from the use of third-party payment services.

The GiftMeAScent name, logo, branding, design, software, and other intellectual property are owned by GiftMeAScent or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• Copy or imitate our branding or visual identity.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our software or content without authorization.
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written permission.

GiftMeAScent relies on third-party services to provide certain features and functionality. These services may include, but are not limited to:

• Authentication and user management (for example, Supabase Authentication)
• Database and cloud hosting services (for example, Supabase)
• Payment services linked by users (such as PayPal, Stripe, UPI providers, or other external payment services)
• Analytics and performance monitoring services
• Content delivery and infrastructure providers

These third-party services operate independently from GiftMeAScent and are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.

Your use of any third-party service is subject to the terms and policies of the respective provider. GiftMeAScent is not responsible for the availability, security, content, or practices of any third-party service.

We may add, replace, or remove third-party service providers as the platform evolves without prior notice.

You may delete your GiftMeAScent account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service.
• Abuse, misuse, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
• Harm other users, GiftMeAScent, or the integrity and security of the platform.

Where appropriate, we may investigate suspected violations and take action we consider necessary to protect our users, the platform, and our legal obligations.

GiftMeAScent is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties or representations regarding:

• The availability or accessibility of the Service.
• The reliability or performance of the platform.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.
• The uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service.
• Fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Your use of GiftMeAScent is at your own risk. You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy and suitability of any information or content available through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GiftMeAScent and its owners, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to data.

• Issues arising from the use of third-party payment providers, including transaction failures, disputes, refunds, or chargebacks.
• Purchases or transactions made outside of the GiftMeAScent platform.

In jurisdictions where certain limitations of liability are not permitted, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.

We may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements, or our business practices.

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and may notify users through the Service or by other appropriate means.

Your continued use of GiftMeAScent after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should discontinue using the Service.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of GiftMeAScent shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If GiftMeAScent is later operated by a company registered in another jurisdiction, we may update this section to reflect the applicable governing law and jurisdiction.
